We utilise GRS-certified regenerated cotton in variable percentages, available in 20/24 plain weave, twill, herringbone, and lightweight canvas. Options include fabrics brushed on one or both sides. Custom colour-matching is available for full alignment with the brand's identity, alongside varied construction methods: unlined, lined, with external overlock stitching, or linear stitching.

We utilise cotton enhanced with a technical water-repellent finish, highly recommended for envelopes designed to hold delicate garments or accessories demanding a technical barrier against moisture.

We utilise 100% virgin cotton in plain weave, drill, herringbone, or canvas. The choice of weave is precisely calibrated to the required rigidity: plain weave for soft envelopes, drill for semi-structured envelopes, and canvas for more robust configurations. Options include textiles brushed on one or both sides. Custom colour-matching ensures seamless alignment with the brand's image, available across unlined, lined, externally overlocked, or linearly stitched builds.

We utilise GRS-certified recycled polyester and rPET satin. The visual appeal perfectly replicates that of virgin material, as does the scope for customisation through bespoke colour-matching to align with the brand's identity. Available in unlined, lined, externally overlocked, or linearly stitched configurations.

We utilise synthetic materials with a total barrier coating, engineered for comprehensive protection of high-end articles.

We use polyester satin and ottoman fabric for high-end envelopes with a lustrous finish; non-woven fabric in medium weights for utility envelopes; and nylon for more technical configurations intended for specific contents. Material selection is carefully aligned with the brand's positioning and the intended application.
