We utilise cotton with a water-repellent coating, particularly recommended for trousers crafted from delicate textiles such as fine wool, cashmere, or silk. The finish introduces a technical barrier against moisture and splashes without altering the textile's hand, maintaining aesthetic consistency across the packaging suite.

We utilise 100% virgin cotton in varied weights and weaves, precisely calibrated to the garment's heft. For high-end tailoring, we propose noble finishes and textiles that are exceptionally soft to the touch. Custom colour-matching is available for minimum order quantities, ensuring full alignment with the primary packaging system.

We utilise GRS-certified rPET recycled polyester. The intrinsic lightness of the synthetic textile, combined with a reduced environmental footprint, fully preserves the storage and transit performance demanded by tailored attire.

We utilise bonded or coated total-barrier synthetic materials for delicate garments. The lightweight structure of the trouser cover is rigorously maintained through the use of low-specific-gravity materials that provide absolute technical resilience.

We utilise non-woven fabric in variable weights for utility trouser covers destined for over-the-counter boutique sales; we deploy polyester satin and ottoman fabric for high-end trouser covers featuring a refined, silky finish.
